ID-номера командира в/ч 3057 для «Армія+»
Доброго дня!
Я є представником громадянина України (військовослужбовця).
Вказаний військовослужбовець проходить військову службу за призовом під час мобілізації у в/ч 3057 Національної гвардії України (ЄДРПОУ 23313948), і має підстави для його звільнення через сімейні обставини за підпунктом «г» п.2 ч.4 ст.26 Закону України «Про військовий обов’язок і військову службу».
Рапорт в електронній формі створюється та подається за допомогою системи електронного документообігу (СЕДО), Державного вебпорталу електронних публічних послуг у сфері національної безпеки і оборони «Армія+» та інших інформаційно-комунікаційних систем.
Для направлення рапорту на погодження через «Армія+» військовослужбовець має ввести унікальний ідентифікатор (ID-номер) свого безпосереднього командира. При цьому, кожен командир зобов’язаний довести до підлеглого особового складу свій власний ID-номер та ID-номер СЕДО підрозділу.
Водночас, всупереч вимогам законодавства, військовослужбовець такого ID-номера командира в/ч 3057 не отримав, унаслідок чого подання рапорту через «Армія+» для нього наразі об’єктивно не є можливим, крім того, під час проходження ним служби доступ до особистого смартфона є значно обмеженим.
У паперовій формі рапорт військовослужбовця до реєстрації службою діловодства в/ч 3057 фактично не приймається.
Таким чином, неможливість електронного подання рапорту зумовлена не діями/бездіяльністю військовослужбовця, а невиконанням командуванням в/ч 3057 вимог законодавства.
