Злочинна бездiяльнicть
Доброго дня!
На підставі статей 1, 13, 19, 20 Закону України «Про доступ до публічної інформації» від 13 січня 2011 року, які надають право звертатись із запитами до розпорядників інформації щодо надання публічної інформації, прошу надати наступну інформацію (наступні документи):
Відповідно до Законів «Про НАБУ» та «Про національну безпеку» НАБУ є частиною сил безпеки, на які покладена функція із забезпечення національної безпеки України.
Національна безпека - захищеність державного суверенітету, територіальної цілісності, демократичного конституційного ладу та інших національних інтересів України від реальних та потенційних загроз.
24.02.2022 рф розпочала збройну агресію проти України, яка триває до сьогодні.
Що в цей час робить НАБУ?
Переїхало до Львова і займається збереження процесуальних строків.
Так, з 24.02.22 по 25.03.22 ВАКС було опрацьовано всього 70 процесуальних документів у провадженнях НАБУ на стадії досудового розслідування (офіційні дані ВАКС).
Все.
Очевидно, НАБУ, яке відповідно до Закону є частиною сил безпеки, 500 працівників якого із 700 є особами начальницького складу, в умовах воєнного стану, в умовах збройної агресії проти нашої держави не спромоглося забезпечити виконання покладених на нього завдань.
Дуже добре, що 1 квітня голова ВР попередив спробу ухвалення запропонованого Центром протидії корупції законопроекту №7183, яким передбачається надання дозволу іншим органам в умовах воєнного стану здійснювати досудові розслідування злочинів, підслідних НАБУ.
Без сумніву, це була спроба захистити НАБУ, а головне - його директора від відповідальності за бездіяльність під час війни.
Керівництво НАБУ має понести відповідальність за свою бездіяльність в умовах триваючого збройного посягання на державний суверенітет та територіальну цілісність нашої держави, за свою неспроможність організувати та забезпечити роботу державного органу під час збройної агресії.
До речі, 16 квітня у директора НАБУ А. Ситника останній на посаді робочий день, а отже буде гарна нагода запросити його офіційно до воєнкомату, якщо він ще буде в Україні. Щоб не вийшло так, як вчинив його колега - ексгенпрокурор Р. Рябошапка.
Аналогiчно, не працюють й iншi органи влади. Це Державна податкова та митна служба, державна аудиторська служба та iншi.

що зроблено цими органами вiдповiдно покладених на завдань за перiод вiйни
якi конкретнi результати за перiод вiйни досягнуто
якi заходи вжито до керiвництва цих органiв за злочинне невиконання
в умовах збройної агресії проти нашої держави покладених завдань.

Status code: 550 5.1.10
This error occurs because the sender sent a message to an email address
hosted by Office 365 but the address is incorrect or doesn't exist at the
destination domain. The error is reported by the recipient domain's email
server, but most often it must be fixed by the person who sent the
message. If the steps in the How to Fix It section above don't fix the
problem, and you're the email admin for the recipient, try one or more of
the following:
The email address exists and is correct - Confirm that the recipient
address exists, is correct, and is accepting messages.
Synchronize your directories - If you have a hybrid environment and are
using directory synchronization make sure the recipient's email address is
synced correctly in both Office 365 and in your on-premises directory.
Errant forwarding rule - Check for forwarding rules that aren't behaving
as expected. Forwarding can be set up by an admin via mail flow rules or
mailbox forwarding address settings, or by the recipient via the Inbox
Rules feature.
Recipient has a valid license - Make sure the recipient has an Office 365
license assigned to them. The recipient's email admin can use the Office
365 admin center to assign a license (Users > Active Users > select the
recipient > Assigned License > Edit).
Mail flow settings and MX records are not correct - Misconfigured mail
flow or MX record settings can cause this error. Check your Office 365
mail flow settings to make sure your domain and any mail flow connectors
are set up correctly. Also, work with your domain registrar to make sure
the MX records for your domain are configured correctly.
